Custom vision, scoped to your problem
We're not an off-the-shelf product. Every Foveo solution is designed around your cameras, your environment, and your accuracy targets — so pricing is scoped to the work, not sold by the seat.
Discovery & Pilot
We scope the use case, then train and validate a working model on your own footage — proving feasibility and accuracy before any large commitment.
- ▸Use-case & ROI scoping workshop
- ▸Trained model on your sample data
- ▸Live accuracy benchmark vs. baseline
- ▸Deployment plan & fixed build quote
Custom Build & Deploy
We design, build, and integrate the full solution — data pipeline, custom models, edge or cloud deployment, and hooks into your existing systems.
- ▸Custom-trained production models
- ▸Edge and/or cloud deployment
- ▸Integration with PLC, ERP, dashboards
- ▸Acceptance testing & team handover
Managed Vision
We keep the system accurate over time — monitoring drift, retraining on new data, and backing it with an SLA so your team never babysits a model.
- ▸Drift monitoring & alerting
- ▸Scheduled retraining & active learning
- ▸Model & infra updates
- ▸SLA-backed support
No list prices — every engagement is quoted after a short scoping call, sized to the work involved.
What shapes your quote
Because the work is custom, cost depends on a handful of variables. Here's what moves the number — and what we'll size with you on the first call.
Use-case complexity
Counting boxes is quick; rare-defect anomaly detection or multi-step reasoning takes more iteration.
Data availability
Plenty of labeled examples speeds things up; novel object classes need collection and annotation.
Sites & cameras
A single line differs from a 200-camera, multi-site rollout with varied lighting and angles.
Edge vs. cloud
On-device deployment with hardware constraints adds optimization work versus cloud inference.
Integration depth
A webhook is simple; tying into PLCs, MES, or legacy ERP systems is more involved.
Accuracy & SLA targets
Higher precision thresholds and tighter SLAs mean more validation and redundancy.
No matter the scope
Every engagement — pilot or production — comes with the same engineering standards and ownership model.
How custom pricing works
Do you charge per camera or per seat?+
No. We price the engagement — the pilot, the build, and any ongoing managed service. You can scale to hundreds of cameras without a metered bill ballooning; camera count is just one input into the project scope.
How do you arrive at a price?+
After a short scoping call we size the work against the variables on this page — complexity, data, sites, deployment target, integration, and SLA. You get a fixed-fee pilot quote first, then a project quote for the full build once the pilot proves it out.
Is the pilot refundable or credited?+
The pilot is a fixed-fee engagement that delivers a working model and a benchmark report regardless of outcome. If you proceed to a full build, we credit a portion of the pilot fee toward the project.
Do we own the solution and the models?+
Yes. Your data and the models trained on it are yours. We deliver source-available artifacts and documentation so you are never locked in, whether or not you keep us on a managed retainer.
Can you work with our existing cameras and systems?+
In almost all cases, yes. Foveo runs on standard RTSP/ONVIF cameras and commodity edge hardware, and integrates over webhooks, MQTT, gRPC, PLC/Modbus, and common data warehouses.
